DEARBORN, Mich. (AP) — Police in Dearborn have announced an $11,000 reward for help in catching a man they say has robbed three banks in the Detroit suburb.
Chief Ronald Haddad said Monday that the man robbed a Charter One branch on May 31, a Comerica Bank branch on June 20 and a Chase Bank branch on July 16. The chief says the robber then fled in a waiting vehicle.
Police have released photos of the suspect and say the reward is for tips that lead to his arrest and conviction.
Haddad describes the suspect as a black man who's about 30 years old, 6-foot to 6-foot-2 and about 180 pounds.
The chief says the man often wears a baseball hat and sun glasses.
