D.C. Harbor Patrol rescued 19 passengers aboard a boat that capsized in the Potomac River Saturday afternoon.

Police harbor units responded to reports of a capsized dragon boat -- a racing boat distinguished by a dragon head and tail at the bow and stern of the vessel, respectively ?-- under the 14th Street bridge. Police pulled all 19 of the boat's passengers to safety, according to police spokesman Araz Alali.

No one was injured, police said, and the boat was safely towed to shore.
