9 legal professionals who oppose Obama because they're probably racist

The Supreme Court ruled Thursday that President Obama acted unlawfully when he decided in 2012 to appoint members to the National Labor Relations Board while the U.S. Senate was in recess.

The Senate, the Supreme Court said in its ruling, is in recess when it says it's in recess. That's not a call that the executive branch is allowed to make.

Further, adding to the stinging blow delivered to the president, the Supreme Court's ruling was unanimous. Not a single justice sided with the Obama White House on its controversial recess appointments.

And I think I know why.

See, if there's one thing that we've learned from listening to political pundits and watching cable news, it's that 90 percent of opposition to the president is driven by racism. It's rarely about process, rule of law or policy differences. It usually always racism.

So the Supreme Court's ruling today was probably racist.

Here are 9 lawmakers who ruled against the president because, well, you know*:

9. Chief Justice John Roberts

He likely ruled against the White House because he's still getting hate mail for his Obamacare decision.

8. Justice Antonin Scalia

No surprise here, right? No one likes you, Justice Tony. No one.

7. Justice Anthony Kennedy

So disappointing.

6. Justice Clarence Thomas

Seriously, guy? What will MSNBC hosts say? Probably the same thing they've been saying all along: He's an Uncle Tom.

5. Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg

We’re genuinely shocked to learn that Justice Ginsburg apparently harbors some sort of racial animus against the president.

4. Justice Stephen Breyer

Ugh. I can't even.

3. Justice Samuel Alito

Shaking my head.

2. Justice Sonia Sotomayor

So much for being a “wise Latina.”

1. Justice Elena Kagan

Et tu, brute?

Again, there's no way these justices ruled against the White House because it overstepped its authority and acted unlawfully.

No way that could be the reason. It's probably racism.

Indeed, just as referring to the president and golf is racist, just as the IRS is the new “N-word,” just as every single thing said and done by the president's conservative critics is racist, the nine Supreme Court justices likely ruled against the president because they're probably racist.

*Disclaimer: This post is in no way meant to be taken seriously. I'm merely mocking the tired and flimsy go-to defense employed by many of the White House's most ardent supporters.
