WASHINGTON (AP) — Gov. Chris Christie and the woman who wants to replace him head to Washington Thursday along with 900 of New Jersey's movers and shakers.

Christie will give a progress report on Superstorm Sandy recovery efforts as keynote speaker at the state Chamber of Commerce's annual trip to the nation's capital.

The chamber's 76th trip features a chartered 14-car train. Despite traveling by rail, the trip has long been called the Walk to Washington because people network as they walk through the cars.

Christie, who is seeking re-election, doesn't plan to take the train.

However, Democratic gubernatorial candidate Barbara Buono plans to board the train in New Brunswick.
