After prison, a job at Costco could be in Harry Thomas Jr.'s future

-- Former D.C. Council member and convicted felon Harry Thomas Jr., speaking about the Costco he helped bring to the Fort Lincoln neighborhood. Thomas begins serving a 38-month prison sentence this week for misusing $353,000 in funds marked for youth programs.
