ST. JOSEPH, La. (AP) — The LSU AgCenter will offer farm workshops at three locations in February.
Agents Dennis Burns and R.L. Frazier will conduct the workshops.
The sessions will run from 9:30 a.m.-11:30 a.m. on Feb. 3 at the Scott Center, Macon Ridge Research Station in Winnsboro; Feb. 10 at the Dean Lee Research Station in Alexandria; and Feb. 11 at the Red River Research Station in Shreveport.
Topics will include yield maps, electrical conductivity soil texture data, verification strips and on-farm trials and data management.
A group discussion will focus on maximizing the performance of farm equipment.
