AK Steel, Google, TiVo are market movers

NEW YORK (AP) — Stocks that moved substantially or traded heavily Monday on the New York Stock Exchange and Nasdaq Stock Market:

AK Steel Holding Corp., down 24 cents at $5.01

A Citi Research analyst downgraded the steel maker's stock rating to "Sell" from "Neutral," citing the rising price of steel.

Nasdaq

Google Inc., up $15.39 at $749.38

A Citi Research analyst told clients that he expects the Internet search company's stock to rise and upped its price target to $850.

TiVo Inc., up 38 cents at $9.94

Verizon Communications Inc. is paying the digital video recording company at least $250.4 million to settle a patent lawsuit.

LML Payment Systems Inc., up $1.53 at $3.40

Digital River said it is buying the payment processor for about $97.3 million to expand its online payment-processing services.

Epocrates Inc., up 51 cents at $11.07

A Raymond James analyst upgraded shares of the health care technology company to a "Strong Buy" citing the company's new strategy.

Questcor Pharmaceuticals Inc., down $11.05 at $19.08

The drug developer, whose main product is H.P. Acthar gel, said the U.S. government is investigating its promotional practices.

BioLineRx Ltd., up 23 at $2.55

The Israeli drug maker said that the U.S. Patent Office plans to grant a 20-year patent on the company's schizophrenia treatment.

Peregrine Pharmaceuticals Inc., down $4.23 at $1.16

The cancer drug developer said that it discovered discrepancies in recently disclosed data about its potential lung cancer treatment.
