Last week, the always outrageous Democratic Rep. Alan Grayson went to the home of his estranged wife, Lolita Carson-Grayson, to pick up his things and see his children. The next day, his wife showed up at the emergency room claiming the Florida lawmaker shoved her so hard she had bruises.

The Orange County Sheriff's Office has now cleared Grayson of any wrongdoing, thanks to video taken at the scene and the original 911 call from Grayson's wife, in which she never said she was hit but that she pushed him.

"Investigators have interviewed Lolita Carson-Grayson, Alan Grayson, and others and reviewed the evidence,” the sheriff’s office said. “In this instance, probable cause does not exist to effect an arrest on Alan Grayson.”

Grayson was, however, served with a domestic violence injunction.

Grayson may have called a woman a “K Street whore” once, but as far as we know, he is not a wife-beater.
