DALLAS (AP) — All Southwest Airlines Co. flights from Dallas are now operating in and out of Love Field's new terminal.
The Dallas Morning News (http://bit.ly/1BnuvT7 ) reports Southwest as of Friday permanently moved from its old terminal, which faces demolition.
Southwest's first 11 gates at the city-owned airport's new terminal opened to the public in April 2013. The new 20-gate terminal where the Dallas-based carrier now has all its operations is on the site of Southwest's first gates, in Love Field's old north concourse.
Southwest operates 16 of those gates.
Southwest spokesman Richard West says there's not too much regret to be leaving the old, antiquated facilities behind.
