TAMPA, Fla. — The wife of Republican presidential candidate Mitt Romney will present her husband to voters from the party’s national convention as “the man America needs.”
“This man will not fail,” Ann Romney will say in a speech to the Republican National Convention in Tampa, Fla., according to excerpts released by the Romney campaign. “This man will not let us down. This man will lift up America.”
