Kevin Ricks pleaded guilty in Maryland to a second-degree sex offense, the latest in a lengthy history of abuse cases for the former Manassas high school teacher.

Ricks, 52, sexually abused a German foreign-exchange student he hosted during the 2003-04 school year at his Federalsburg, Md. home, the Washington Post reported.

The former teacher had previously pleaded guilty in federal court in Alexandria to child pornography charges that prosecutors said stretched over a 30-year span as a camp counselor and teacher. He is already serving a 25-year sentence for those crimes.

Ricks has admitted to getting students he taught and exchange students he hosted in his Maryland home drunk, then stripping them naked to sexually abuse them and take photographs, according to court records.
