* CAUSE AND TIMING...A SPRING STORM SYSTEM WILL BRING STRONG

WINDS AND HEAVY SNOWFALL TO THE REGION FROM LATE MONDAY NIGHT

THROUGH TUESDAY.

* SNOW ACCUMULATION...2 TO 6 INCHES WITH SIGNIFICANT DRIFTING

POSSIBLE. THE HEAVIEST SNOW IS EXPECTED TO OCCUR BETWEEN 6 AM
