DEARBORN, Mich. (AP) — The Arab American National Museum in Michigan is relaunching a regular concert series with music from around the corner and across the globe.

The Dearborn museum's Global Fridays concert series kicks off Feb. 8 with the Italian music and dance group Canzoniere Grecanico Salentino. Others appearing in subsequent months include American Primitive-style guitarist Glenn Jones, Detroit acoustic duo Lac La Belle and Saadi, an electro-pop reggae artist who is Syrian-born and Pennsylvania-raised.

Performances are held in the museum's 156-seat auditorium and feature opportunities after the show to meet the artists. The series started in 2005.
