Prince William County police have arrested two men in connection with the dumping of a body along a residential street in Woodbridge on Tuesday.

Police charged Juan Carlos Flores, 25, with first degree murder of 47-year-old Barbaro Lupe Alonso-Iraola.

Jose Miguel Diaz, 28, of Woodbridge was charged as an accessory after the fact to murder.

A resident spotted a body in front of his home in the 15000 block of Cardin Place at about 11 p.m. Tuesday and called police.

Witnesses told police that two men pulled up in van, left the body and then fled.

Police said Flores was involved in the slaying, and Flores let Diaz use the van to move the body, but Flores was not the secondman seen in the van with Diaz.

Police are still looking for the other man who was in the van.

Police said Alonso-Iraola suffered trauma to his face as a result of a blunt object and knife.
