"Amazing night with our great President," tweeted actress Eva Longoria after a lavish October fundraiser for Obama in California.

The Desperate Housewives star co-hosted "the first-ever Latino fund-raiser" for the president with fellow Hispanic actor Antonio Banderas. Tickets ranged from $5,000 to $35,800.

An avid Obama fan, Longoria attended two Obama fundraisers in two months. She also attended a fundraising dinner in September at the West Hollywood's Fig & Olive.

According to the campaign's FEC report released yesterday, Longoria has now maxed out personal donations to Obama and the DNC this election cycle at $35,800.

The Obama campaign also revealed yesterday that Longoria has bundled between $200,000 and $500,000 for the president's re-election campaign.

Longoria serves on Obama's Advisory Commission on Educational Excellence for Hispanics which includes celebrities Rosario Dawson and Shakira.
