Glenn Reynolds struck a chord yesterday explaining the contraception mandate issue.
"It’s as if we passed a law requiring mosques to sell bacon and then, when people objected, responded by saying 'What’s wrong with bacon? You’re trying to ban bacon!!!!'"
Reynold's argument echoed on Twitter and was picked up by Rush Limbaugh yesterday.
Our own Timothy P. Carney makes this point on Twitter:
So if I try to force employers to pay for my guns, and liberals object I can ask, "Its 2012, why are we debating the right to bear arms?"
