First Lady Michelle Obama held a fundraiser at an unusual location yesterday in New York City:  A bowling alley. Tickets for the fundraiser began $150 per person at the 300 New York Chelsea Piers bowling alley. An estimated 400 donors attended including NFL stars Vernon Davis of the 49ers and Jared Odrick of the Dolphins and the New York Giant's Victor Cruz

"They asked me if I wanted to throw a ball," the First Lady joked in her opening remarks. "I told them, bowling is like a potato chip -- you can't just do one."

Obama of course was referring to the successful Lays Potato Chip advertisement slogan, "Betcha you can't eat just one."

Obama added that the event was "my kind of event.  It's family.  It's kids.  It's community."
