After starting yesterday with a rather technical discussion of a 19th-century tax statue, the U.S. Supreme Court will get to the meat of the challenge to President Obama's health care law this morning and consider whether the mandate forcing individuals to purchase insurance is a constiutional exercise of Congress's power.

At this point, there's nothing more to say about the issue until after the conclusion of oral arguments (which run from 10 a.m. to noon).
