Transcript: Obamacare oral arguments, day two

Here's the transcript of today's oral arguments at the Supreme Court. Observers of the hearing tend to agree that five justices seemed very skeptical of the individual mandate's constitutionality.

The Washington Examiner's Philip Klein covered the hearing this morning, and he thinks the individual mandate is on the ropes.
