Obama staffers marveled recently at what they saw as a "good omen" for the president's re-election, in the foam of their half-empty pint of beer.

"A good omen for the next 208 days," reads the caption of this photo posted on the campaign's official Tumblr website.

It appears that they believe the foam formed a likeness of the Obama re-election campaign logo.

Eric Reif, Senior Advertising Manager at Obama for America, also posted the photo on his Tumblr.

"Witnessed this happen. It was magical," Reif said.
