A growing number of Americans, 59 percent, believe the Supreme Court will find President Obama's signature domestic accomplishment unconstitutional, and a majority of independents, 52 percent, would be happy if that happened.

The Kaiser Family Foundation released their monthly Health Tracking Poll yesterday, finding that 51 percent of Americans believe the Supreme Court should rule that Obamacare's individual mandate is unconstitutional. Only 30 percent of Americans have a favorable opinion of Obama's individual mandate.

Last month's Supreme Court arguments boosted Americans' confidence in the Supreme Court, especially among Republicans. The percentage of people who say they have a "great deal" or "quite a lot" of confidence in the Court rose among all Americans, even Democrats. Among Republicans, confidence in the Court grew by 19 points, among all Americans, by 8 points.

Democrats are the only people in America who will be upset if the Supreme Court overturns Obamacare. Eighty-one percent of Democrats told Kaiser they would be angry or disappointed if the Court overturns Obama's health law. Eighty-three percent of Republicans say they would be enthusiastic or satisfied if the Court threw out the law, as would 52 percent of independents.
