Senator Inhofe R-Okla. is breathing more life into the EPA "Crucify" story, by introducing a new bill to make EPA regional administrators an "appointed position" by the President, which would then be confirmed by the Senate.

"It concerns me that the former Region 6 Administrator's admission that EPA was out to 'crucify' American energy producers was, according to EPA Administrator Jackson, simply an enforcement regulator going rogue," Inhofe said on the floor yesterday.

The video of the controversial comments was first exposed by Inhofe's staff.
