President Obama was already late for his immigration speech that was scheduled at 1:15 p.m. this afternoon, delayed while he was lunching with raffle winners of one of his campaign fundraisers.

According to the pool report, Obama returned to the White House at 1:35 p.m. but didn't show up at the podium until 2:09 p.m.

The AP's Philip Elliot noted on Twitter that Obama's campaign officials were spotted entering the White House at 1:47 p.m.
