A Clinton teenager wanted in four other robberies was apprehended when he tried to rob a liquor store in Prince George’s County.

Police said Samuel B. Watson, 17, was arrested Tuesday night during an attempted armed robbery at Piscataway Liquors on the 9800 block of Piscataway Road in Clinton.

He is also accused of robbing a 7-Eleven on that block at gunpoint on Nov. 11, 13 and 16, and of robbing the same liquor store on Nov. 16.

In each incident, police said, Watson displayed a handgun, demanded cash from the registers and took items from the store.

He is being held on $475,000 bond.
