In Glendale, Arizona, politicians want to give a hundred million (borrowed) dollars to a Chicago businessman so that he'll keep the professional hockey team in Glendale. This is clearly a bad idea, and it may be unconstitutional. There are some pretty interesting details, so watch this video:
