Declaring that “there is no reason to be coy,” populist Republican Louisiana Gov. Bobby Jindal on Tuesday presented a meaty agenda that could become his 2016 presidential platform.

Speaking to reporters about a national energy plan, Jindal opened the rest of his portfolio to reveal several other key issues he wants to address and said that he will decide his presidential plans after the November election.
