Democratic party officials announced today that President Obama’s outdoor stadium speech would be moved inside, after reports signaled a chance of thunderstorms on Thursday.

“Look we’re going to have a convention out there rain or shine unless we are putting people at risk,” Jim Messina said yesterday. “And we’ll continue to monitor the weather, but rain or shine we hope to be out there.”
