Area man offered boy, 13, DVD with lewd cover
A D.C.-area man pleaded guilty on Wednesday to one count of stalking and one count of obscenity in unrelated cases, one of which involved a 13-year-old boy.

Michael Gasch, 69, who is also known as Michael Love Peace, was found to have stalked a dean at Howard University Law School between Dec. 29, 2011 and Jan. 4, 2012, according to documents. In an unrelated case, Gasch approached a 13-year-old boy who was walking home from a Tenleytown neighborhood grocery store, repeatedly asking the boy if he wanted a ride home, then offering him a DVD with a photo of a nude male on the cover, according to police. He is scheduled to be sentenced on Dec. 10.

Missing teen found
A Fairfax County teen missing since September returned home to his parents on Wednesday.

Jackson Delao, 16, went home on his own and is in good condition, according to Maureen Heads, supervisor of the Missing Children's Division at the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children.

Delao ran away after running into trouble with police -- at the time he was scheduled for a court appearance for bringing a weapon to school, according to authorities.
