Yeas & Nays spotted actress Ashley Judd wearing a red floral print dress strolling the National Mall at dusk Wednesday with a camera crew in tow. The actress is in town filming a Civil War documentary in "America's Attic," as she's been calling the Smithsonian on Twitter. The documentary will be broadcast on the Smithsonian Channel. Along for the ride were Judd's two pooches Shug and Buttermilk, who she posed for pictures with with the Capitol Building in the backdrop.
