A 66-year-old woman was killed in a two-vehicle crash in Germantown, Montgomery County police said.

About 11:40 a.m. Monday, emergency personnel responded to the intersection of Frederick Road and Brink Road. A preliminary investigation found that a 2005 Nissan Pathfinder was traveling south on Frederick Road when it crossed the double-yellow center line and struck a 2003 Jaguar sedan that was traveling in the opposite direction.

The Jaguar's driver, Mai Ai Lam-Phan, of Clarksburg, was pronounced dead at the scene, police said. The two occupants of the Nissan were taken to a hospital with non-life threatening injuries.

Police are looking into whether the crash was weather-related, police spokesman Capt. Paul Starks said.
