Blake Shelton has one heck of a surprised face. Shelton, country star and judge on NBC's "The Voice," took home three awards at Thursday's Country Music Awards -- including Entertainer of the Year. He beat out the likes of Taylor Swift, Jason Aldean, Kenny Chesney and Brad Paisley. "I didn't think about that tonight. I was thinking there's Taylor Swift right there," he said. "Really, this is pretty dumb that there's anyone else even nominated." Shelton's wife, Miranda Lambert, also took home two awards, as did quartet Little Big Town. Swift, who's new album "Red" just sold 1.2 million copies in its first week, walked away without a single award.
