New Jersey residents displaced by the storm are being allowed to vote for the first time by email and fax. Floods, power outages and other storm damage have put many residents out of their homes and disrupted polling places. Though it's the first time residents have been allowed to vote remotely, the state has used the system in the past for "overseas voters."

Will voters oust the do-nothing Congress?

Congress' popularity rating is at a historic low, but it's likely that voters are going to return to Washington almost every incumbent up for re-election Tuesday. An analysis by the Associated Press shows that at least 15 of the 22 senators up for re-election will win. The same is true for at least 330 House members. Between 1964 and 2010, voters have returned at least 80 percent of the incumbents to office, the AP found.

Sports Illustrated determined that the best golfer ever to occupy the Oval Office was Dwight D. Eisenhower. Ike warmed up every morning with an 8-iron in his bedroom, hit balls at the White House every day about 5 p.m. and played more than 800 rounds during his eight years in office, SI reported. Other top presidential golfers in descending order: George H.W. Bush, Bill Clinton, John F. Kennedy and Barack Obama.
