Virginia man caught after taunting police on Facebook, Twitter

A Virginia man who escaped arrest and taunted authorities on Facebook and Twitter was arrested at his home on Friday, U.S. Marshals announced.

Aldie, Va. resident Kelvin Shawn Bailey had eluded police for about eight months while wanted for violating his probation after a conviction for felony possession of marijuana with intent to distribute.

U.S. Marshals worked with police and sheriff's in Fairfax County and a host of other law enforcement agencies to track Bailey down at his home. At approximately 5:45 a.m. Friday morning, authorities caught Bailey while he tried to escape at of a bathroom window.

Bailey was taken to Fairfax County for prosecution. He is also wanted in Prince William County, where he was charged with driving on a suspended license.
