There's good news and bad news for Gabriel Aubry this week regarding the driveway brawl he had with his baby mama's fiance, Olivier Martinez.

The good news is both Halle Berry and Olivier have told detectives and prosecutors that they don't want to file criminal charges against the Canadian model.

The bad news is that cops have concluded that the fight was Gabe's fault and are worried about his "ongoing anger issues."

A law enforcement source told TMZ, "It seems he's still having a hard time getting over his break-up with Halle."

The site also claims that detectives have finished their investigation into the incident and found that Gabriel instigated and Olivier fought back in self-defense.

And though the group was quick to file all kinds of restraining orders, it's looking like nothing more than a few bruises and broken ribs will come of this holiday fight.

Halle and Olivier reportedly don't think it would be in 4-year-old Nahla's best interest if her dad were faced with criminal charges.

The law enforcement source says the case will most likely be dropped or end with anger management classes for Gabriel.

Jack isn't impressed

In an interview with Esquire magazine, Jack White slams Lady Gaga and her music, calling her "all artifice."

Jack, who surprised no one by disliking the pop princess, says Gaga lacks authenticity and her music suffers because of it.

"I don't think she lives it, because it's all artifice," Jack said. "It's all image with no meaning behind it. You can't sink your teeth into it. It's a sound bite. It's very of this age, because that's what people want."

But Mother Monster wasn't the only thing Jack isn't a big fan of.

"The goal of modern celebrity is to make yourself into the lowest common denominator," he says. "Especially in reality television, you'll see people will go as far as to make a fool out of themselves just to prove that."

Looks like Adam Levine isn't alone with his utter distaste for "Here Comes Honey Boo Boo."

Uninspired

Gwyneth Paltrow is telling mothers everywhere: Maybe you can't have it all.

The "Iron Man 3" star tells U.K. Style that she made a choice to be a mom and put her acting on the back burner. "I think some people, they don't understand the choice that I've made," she said. "I guess it can be seen as a risk because I don't have the same movie career that I used to have."

And no matter how glamorous Hollywood makes working mothers seem, Gwennie is here to tell the truth.

"Some women can do it and that's fantastic, but I can't," she said. "You make choices as a wife and mother, don't you? You can't have it all. I don't care what it looks like."
