Montgomery County Police have identified the 21-year-old man found dead in a White Oak apartment Friday as Jesse Patrick Campos.
Police said two black males in dark clothing forced their way into Campos' apartment in the 11400 block of July Drive around 3:45 p.m. Upon entering, they shot Campos and fled the scene, police said.
