Could the 19th time be the charm for Brooke Mueller?
Charlie Sheen's ex-wife and the mother of his twin boys has checked back into rehab for addiction issues related to Adderall use, E! News reports.
This stint in rehab, which isn't her first this year, comes just days after the actress was rushed to the hospital when she was found unconscious by an assistant (her camp denies it was an overdose).
On Friday she was discharged from the hospital after only an hour for "exhaustion and dehydration."
Brooke's rep has confirmed that she has now entered treatment and says it's an ongoing part of her prolonged addiction issues.
The last time Brooke was in rehab was May, which was reportedly due to her crack-cocaine addiction.
And on an interesting note, Brooke and Charlie's twin boys, Bob and Max, 3, will be staying with Charlie's other ex-wife, Denise Richards.
Sources have told TMZ that Brooke has asked Denise to care for the boys because Charlie is busy shooting his show "Anger Management."
The sources say Denise will care for the twins for "an indefinite period of time."
But this isn't the first time Bob and Max have stayed with Denise. When Brooke was in rehab this summer, they stayed with their dad's second ex-wife then as well.

Kate Middleton is reportedly still suffering from the illness that left her hospitalized last week.
The Duchess of Cambridge's hyperemesis gravidarum has recurred, forcing her to cancel several public appearances.
The mother-to-be's severe pregnancy sickness will almost certainly rule her out of attending the U.K. premiere of "The Hobbit," the Huffington Post reports.
On Friday, Prince William joked about the illness, saying, "They shouldn't call it morning sickness as it's all day and all night sickness."

Lindsay Lohan should find out Wednesday whether or not her probation will be revoked from her necklace theft conviction.
TMZ reports that LiLo could get 245 days in prison for reckless driving and lying to cops in connection with her car accident last June.
If the judge decides she violated her probation, a date will be set for a formal hearing. According to the gossip site, the hearing will be conducted at the same time Lindsay stands trial on the criminal charge.
Linds is looking at up to eight months in jail for the probation violation, and that doesn't include jail time if she's convicted in the car accident case.
