Laura Ingraham's former radio show on Talk Radio Network Entertainment is going on a youth kick, today announcing that Fox News Channel's Andrea Tantaros will get the 9 a.m-noon slot. She will be joined by Jason Mattera, the youngest editor ever of conservative Human Events.

The "Andrea Tantaros Show with Jason Mattera" will begin January 2, the same day Ingraham will start her new show with Courtside Entertainment Group which also produces Bill O'Reilly's "Talking Points."

Ingraham abruptly quit TRN late last month after nine years. She had an estimated 5.75 million listeners a week. Since her departure, columnist and talk show regular Jed Babbin and talk show host Tammy Bruce have been filling in.

The youth movement was clearly the reason for the change. Ingraham is 48 and Tantaros 34. Tantaros, co-host of the hit Fox show "The Five," once gabbed about how men were sending her shirtless pictures of themselves. She will stay on The Fiv e.

"Andrea and Jason will bridge the age and gender gap that challenges talk radio today in ways no other show can," said Mark Masters, chairman of Talk Radio Network Entertainment. "She's a fresh voice who will inject new energy to the airwaves," he added.
