19-year-old's death ruled a homicide
Fairfax County police are investigating the death of a 19-year-old Manassas man as a homicide, authorities announced Saturday.

Zavier O. Stringfellow, of Gales Court in the Manassas area, is believed to have died of an unspecified trauma wound to his upper body.

An autopsy will be conducted to determine the exact cause of death.

Authorities found Stringfellow about 7 p.m. Friday behind the wheel of a minivan that had crashed at the end of a service road off Chain Bridge Road in the Vienna area. Evidence found at the scene first suggested his death may not have been caused by the crash.

Police searching for two men in Hill shooting
D.C. police released a video of two men walking near the site of a fatal shooting of a District man on Monday.

The men are seen walking by an elementary school near the 1200 block of C Street NE, where authorities found 28-year-old Jason Anthony Emma at about 2:15 a.m. Monday, slumped over the steering wheel of his vehicle suffering from multiple gunshot wounds.

Police described the men as "persons of interest" and did not identify the school.

Investigators have been looking for two men who were seen heading eastbound on C Street NE. Police described them as black males with heavy builds, between 5 feet 10 inches and 6 feet tall. One wore a white T-shirt with dark sleeves.
