"OK, I'm going to write some kind of comedy about anything other than the White House."

-- Former White House speechwriter Jon Lovett on his move to the West Coast to become a television writer. He's now a producer and writer on "1600 Penn," an NBC comedy that's set in the White House. (He said he was sold on it because it's not overly political). The real 1600 Penn was treated to a screening of the show Wednesday, as Lovett returned to his old stomping grounds with cast members Bill Pullman, Jenna Elfman, Martha MacIsaac, Andre Holland and Josh Gad in tow.
