The Prince of Darkness is about to gain a son-in-law and walk his youngest daughter down the aisle.

Kelly Osbourne has revealed that she has been secretly engaged to vegan baker Matthew Mosshart since a few weeks before Christmas.

The pair have been dating for more than a year and are reportedly "really excited" to take the next step in their relationship.

"Kelly is the happiest she's ever been," a source told Us Weekly. "Her career is going well, and she's in a healthy relationship with a wonderful guy."

Kelly met her future husband about a year and a half ago at Kate Moss's wedding, and they were first spotted together in December 2011.

In June, Kelly adorably tweeted, "I'm in love and I don't care who knows about it!"

And according to Us, Kelly's famous folks have fallen for Matthew too. Ozzy and Sharon Osbourne (along with siblings Jack and Aimee) have given Kelly's man their stamp of approval.

"Matthew is a stand-up guy," the source said. The couple are reportedly already starting to plan their nuptials, set to take place this summer in the U.K.

The Queen of Soul is getting a kick out of the Beyonce lip-synching controversy.

"When I heard, I just really cracked up. I thought it was really funny," Aretha Franklin told ABC News. "But she did a beautiful job with the pre-record."

Aretha, who admitted it's tough to sing in the cold weather (she sang the National Anthem for President Obama's first inauguration), said next time she belts out the tune, she'd probably lip-synch too!
