Prince William County police have identified the second man who is suspected of dumping a body on a Woodbridge street last month.

Douglas Hernandez is wanted for first-degree murder in the death of 47-year-old Barbaro Lupe Alonso-Iraola, police said Monday. A warrant has been obtained for his arrest.

On Jan. 15, a resident spotted Alonso-Iraola's body in front of his home in the 15000 block of Cardin Place and called police. Alonso-Iraola had sustained trauma to his face as a result of a blunt object and a knife, police said.

Witnesses told police that they saw two men pull up in a van, dump Alonso-Iraola's body and flee. Authorities suspect that these two men were Hernandez and Juan Carlos Flores. Police arrested Flores and a third man shortly after the slaying.

Hernandez, who is in is 20s, is described as Hispanic, 5-foot-7, and 160 pounds, with a thin build, black hair and brown eyes. His last known address is in Woodbridge.
