Chris Brown was back in court Wednesday for a probation hearing just one day after it was reported that there may have been fraudulent records kept during his community service.

In a 19-page motion filed this week, the judge was urged to reject Chris' reported community service due to "at best sloppy documentation and at worst fraudulent reporting."

He then hopped on his private Instagram account to rant about the way he's been treated.

"Im a human being and I honestly think I deserve respect im sick of being accused," Breezy wrote. "Im Tired yall just dont understand Ive been going through this s--- since I was 19 years old..you cant sit here and tell me to calm down, when am I gonna get a positive outcome out of anything I do?"

Chris went on to whine, "A day in my shoes is a day in hell, believe it or not!"

Off the hook

The sexual assault case against John Travolta has mysteriously been dismissed.

The actor was accused of inappropriate behavior with several male masseurs, and one cruise ship worker was taking him to court.

Last week, a judge told John's team it had two options, to go to trial or to reach a settlement.

Lo and behold, this week the case was dismissed.

Terms of the probable settlement weren't disclosed, so it is unclear if the plaintiff was given money or how much he received.

Hanging on

In keeping with our theme of legal news today, Kris Humphries filed documents saying he's not sure why there is so much urgency with his divorce.

Kim Kardashian's future ex-husband's lawyer wrote, "What is really going on here is that an 'urgency' in the form of an apparently unplanned pregnancy, something [Kris] had nothing to do with, is perceived by [Kim] as an opportunity to gain a litigation advantage by trying to force this court to prematurely set this matter for trial."

To be fair, it's been over a year to dissolve a 72-day marriage. Kris, maybe it's time to just let go.
