The "Because We Can" concert invitation asked donors to attend a reception with Kaine before the show. The D.C. concert was the second stop on Bon Jovi's 2013 world tour. Over the weekend, the rockers canceled a Connecticut show because of the snowstorm, but on Saturday night played an impromptu set for stranded fans at the state's Mohegan Sun Arena.
