$3,000 - the "suggested contribution" for tickets to Sunday night's Bon Jovi concert at Verizon Center with a side dish of Sen. Tim Kaine., D-Va. Kaine's Common Ground Political Action Committee, which he formed in December after he was elected to the U.S. Senate, used the rock concert for a political fundraiser. The "Because We Can" concert invitation asked donors to attend a reception with Kaine before the show. The D.C. concert was the second stop on Bon Jovi's 2013 world tour. Over the weekend, the rockers canceled a Connecticut show because of the snowstorm, but on Saturday night played an impromptu set for stranded fans at the state's Mohegan Sun Arena.
