Rep. Steve Stockman, R-Texas, might look demure during his first State of the Union on Tuesday night, but his Twitter feed will tell a different story.

He won't be using his phone inside the chamber. Stockman's staff will tweet for him, standing by with a familiar phrase borrowed from Rep. Joe Wilson, R-S.C., in case President Obama gets carried away: Hashtag #youlie.

"We hope we won't have to use it," Stockman's spokesman, Donny Ferguson, told Yeas & Nays.

Wilson, who apologized after interrupting a 2009 presidential address with the phrase, is not involved but has "fans" in Stockman's office.

It seems Ted Nugent also has a fan in Stockman, who invited the man the Secret Service interviewed last year over a potential threat against Obama to attend the speech as his guest.

"There will be a freedom addicted all American uppity Motown guitar player facing the POTUS at the SOTU," Nugent tweeted Monday.
