Prince George's County police have arrested two men in the 2010 killing of a Suitland man who sold snacks from his home.

Jeffrey Allen Cutler Jr., 26, of Capitol Heights, and Houston Donald Washington, 27, of the District, were charged with first-degree murder in the death of Antwann Tirelle Massey.

Massey was found fatally shot at his home in the 3800 block of Regency Parkway in Suitland in the early morning hours of July 31, 2010.

Police said Massey was killed over the money he earned for selling the snacks.

Cutler and Washington demanded money from Massey, and Washington shot Massey multiple times, police said.

Cutler was arrested at his home Friday. Washington was already in custody on unrelated charges, and served with the warrant on Feb. 28.
