In a new Discovery Channel documentary about the filming of the Watergate-era drama "All the President's Men," a key figure in the investigation suggests that today's "politicized" Supreme Court wouldn't have forced former President Richard Nixon to release secretly recorded tapes.

During the documentary's focus on the tapes, several key officials reveal their amazement that the court in July 1974 voted unanimously to force Nixon to turn the tapes over.

Former Washington Post reporter Carl Bernstein, who probed the affair with Bob Woodward, then says, "Imagine that in the politicized Supreme Court that we've had in our recent history."

"All the President's Men Revisited" debuts April 21 and features Robert Redford, who played Woodward, discussing the movie and Watergate with those involved in the scandal.
