What couples nicely with spending a beautiful spring day looking at Cherry Blossoms? How about a pop performance from '90s personality Carmen Electra?

Yes, we're serious. The former "Baywatch" babe is heading to town April 13 to perform at the National Cherry Blossom Festival Parade. She released the song "I Like it Loud" last month and will likely perform that number.

At the parade festivities, Electra will be joined by local artist Mya and "American Idol" alum Elliott Yamin, while another "Idol," Justin Guarini of the show's first season, will be the parade's "street correspondent."
