Montgomery County police are seeking information in connection with the December slaying of a Landover man who allegedly committed an armed robbery earlier on the day that he was killed.

Christopher Davon White, 22, was found fatally shot in the Briggs Chaney area on the night of Dec. 10, police said.

Hours before his body was found, White and two other people exited a stolen, brown Scion and approached a green Chevrolet Camaro at a Lanham gas station. The robbers forced two passengers of the Camaro to lay down on the ground. They then took property from the victims and fled in the Scion, according to Montgomery County police.

Detectives are seeking to identify the other robbers, seen on surveillance video. They are hoping to recover the Scion, which has Maryland tag 1AX 3122.

Anyone with information can call Crime Solvers at 866-411-TIPS (8477).
