"Rhinestone Cowboy" singer Glen Campbell said goodbye to touring last year due to Alzheimer's, but visited D.C. this week. Campbell, a country music legend, attended the Alzheimer's Association National Dinner on Tuesday night, and then a Senate Special Committee on Aging hearing Wednesday afternoon where his daughter, Ashley, testified.

And Marlee Matlin (Joey on "The West Wing") tweeted she is headed to D.C. to present CURE magazine's Extraordinary Healer Award for Oncology Nursing in a Thursday ceremony at the Oncology Nursing Society's conference.
