White House cracks down on Tebow petition

Looks like the White House has drawn the line at getting Tim Tebow a job. Sure, President Obama once complimented the ex-Jets quarterback's "winning attitude," but that doesn't mean he'll step in to convince Jacksonville Jaguars General Manager David Caldwell he should hire Tebow this season. But that's what fans asked on the We The People site this week.

It's hardly the oddest petition ever posted there, but the White House removed it because it violated the petition site's terms of participation. We're guessing it broke the rule about petitions "that do not address the current or potential actions or policies of the federal government."
